Job Description
Receiving investors and communicating with them, and identifying their needs and investment requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome and communicate with investors to understand their investment needs and requirements.
- Provide information and guidance on investment opportunities, services, and facilities available in the Special Economic Zone at Duqm.
- Follow up on investors’ applications and transactions in coordination with the relevant departments and authorities, and work to expedite their completion.
- Facilitate the establishment and operation of investment projects, and follow up on obtaining the necessary approvals, licenses, and permits.
- Build lasting professional relationships with investors and companies operating in the zone, strengthening communication and trust.
- Follow up on challenges and concerns raised by investors, and coordinate with the relevant authorities to identify appropriate solutions.
- Organize meetings and site visits with investors, document observations and recommendations, and follow up on their implementation.
- Monitor existing investment projects, tracking their implementation, operation, and expansion stages and associated challenges.
- Develop and update a database of investors, investment projects, and opportunities available in the zone.
- Measure investor satisfaction with the services provided, analyze the results, and propose improvement initiatives and actions.
- Prepare periodic reports on investors’ requests, challenges, completion rates, and satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with government authorities and service providers to facilitate services for investors and existing projects.
- Help investors understand applicable laws, regulations, and procedures, and explain relevant updates affecting the investment environment.
- Participate in developing and implementing investor retention programs, encouraging investors to expand and establish additional projects in the zone.
- Coordinate with promotion and investment teams to organize investor meetings, events, exhibitions, and investment delegations.
- Monitor investors’ contractual obligations and commitments under agreements, and coordinate efforts to address any implementation delays or challenges.
- Prepare correspondence, meeting minutes, and presentations related to investors and investment projects.
- Contribute to improving the investor journey and simplifying procedures and services from the initial inquiry through to operation and expansion.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
- A university qualification in Business Administration, Promotion, Marketing, or another field relevant to the role.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English (mandatory requirement).
