2. Definitions:
• Platform: The JOB.CAB website, including all its subdomains, applications, and services.
• Company: Refers to Overseas Info Tech L.L.C., registered in the Sultanate of Oman.
• User: Any natural or legal person using the platform, whether a job seeker, employer, or visitor.
• Account: The registered user credentials used to access the platform.
• Content: Any data, text, images, or files uploaded or published through the platform.

3. Acceptance of Terms and Use of the Platform:
By using the platform or any of its services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you must stop using the platform.

4. Nature of the Service:
• JOB.CAB is a technology platform designed to connect employers with job seekers.
• The platform does not represent a party in any employment contract between users.
• The platform does not guarantee employment or the hiring of any candidate.
• The service may begin as a free trial period, after which some services may be converted into paid services according to a published pricing policy.

5. Platform Services:
• Publishing job advertisements
• Searching for job opportunities
• Publishing resumes
• Communication between employers and candidates

6. Account Registration:
• Users must provide accurate, correct, and up-to-date information.
• The user is responsible for protecting their login credentials.
• The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account if misleading information or misuse is detected.

7. Job Seeker Obligations:
• Provide accurate information in the resume and profile.
• Not impersonate another person or submit forged qualifications.
• Not use the platform for illegal or abusive purposes.

8. Employer Obligations:
• Publish only legitimate and genuine job opportunities.
• Not request any recruitment fees from applicants.
• Comply with applicable local laws in the Sultanate of Oman or the relevant jurisdiction.
• Bear full responsibility for the accuracy of job advertisements.

9. Prohibited Content and Conduct (Acceptable Use Policy), The following is prohibited:
• Content that violates laws or public morals.
• Publishing fake or misleading job listings.
• False or misleading information.
• Fraudulent advertisements.
• Any content that violates intellectual property rights.
• Publishing incorrect information about companies.
• Using the platform for fraud or deception.
• Sending unsolicited promotional messages.
• Collecting user data without permission.

10. Intellectual Property:
• All intellectual property rights related to the platform, its design, and its content are owned by Overseas Info Tech L.L.C. (Sultanate of Oman).
• Copying or reusing any part of the platform without prior written permission is prohibited.
• No party may use platform data for purposes unrelated to employment.

11. Fees and Payments:
• The platform may charge fees for certain services (such as featured jobs, subscriptions, or advertisements).
• Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• The platform reserves the right to modify pricing in the future with prior notice.

12. Limitation of Liability:
• The platform shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the service.
• The platform does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of content published by users.
• Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of information.
• The platform does not guarantee employment outcomes or successful hiring.
• The platform acts solely as a technical intermediary between job seekers and employers.

13. Termination of Service:
• The platform may suspend or terminate any account without notice if these terms are violated.
• Users may close their accounts at any time.

The collection and use of data are governed by the platform’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

15. Amendments:
The platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Governing Law:
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts therein.
